Before You Order
How does ordering work?
Pick a plan, then sign in or create your CrashCrafts panel account. Choose your game and server name, pay securely through Stripe, and your server is created right away. You'll land straight in its console.
Can I change games later?
Yes. You can reinstall your server with a different supported game from the panel. Reinstalling replaces the server's files, so take a backup first.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Contact support and we'll move you to a different plan; billing adjusts automatically.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment and emails you. If it still can't be collected, your server is suspended (not deleted) until the balance is paid.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in the panel and manage your subscription. Your server runs until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
