Refund Policy

New servers: 48-hour guarantee

If you're not happy with a new server, ask for a refund within 48 hours of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies once per customer.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop the next one. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.

Outages

If an outage on our side makes your server unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we'll credit your account fairly.

No refunds for

• Servers suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Partial months or unused resources after the 48-hour window.
• Issues caused by plugins, mods or configuration you installed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.

How to request a refund

Email Ryan@crashcrafts.com with your panel username and the server name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
