Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

CrashCrafts is operated by Crash Media, Clarence-Rockland, Ontario. By creating an account or ordering a server you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and if you're under the age of majority where you live you need a parent or guardian's permission to purchase. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account and on servers you own, including by sub-users you invite.

Service

We provide game server hosting with the resources described in your plan. Servers are created automatically after payment. We aim for high availability and protect our network against DDoS attacks, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in our Matrix chat where possible.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Canadian dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes are added where applicable. If a renewal payment fails, your server may be suspended until it's paid. Servers suspended for non-payment for more than 14 days may be deleted.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Billing in the panel. Your server stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your data and backups

You're responsible for your server's content and for keeping backups. Use the panel's backup feature and download copies of anything important. We aren't liable for lost data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate service that breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, harms our network or other customers, or is required by law. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first.

Third-party games

Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CrashCrafts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. You must follow each game's own licence and terms, including Minecraft's EULA.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous month, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Significant changes will be announced in our Matrix chat or by email.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Questions: Ryan@crashcrafts.com
