I forgot my panel password

Use Forgot password? on the panel login. A reset link is emailed to the address on your account.

How do I connect to my server?

Open your server in the panel. The address and port are shown at the top of the console. Copy it into your game's multiplayer menu.

How do I install plugins or modpacks?

For Minecraft servers, open the server in the panel and use the plugins and modpacks pages to search and install. Restart the server to load them.

Where do I manage billing?

Open Billing in the panel to see your subscriptions, update your card, download invoices or cancel.

Is something down?

Check status.crashcrafts.com for live uptime. If everything is green and your server still won't start, check its console for errors and message us.
